It is recommended that you exfoliate your body at least twice a week to eliminate build-up on the skin. By exfoliating, your body lotion will penetrate better and if you use self-tanner, it will apply more evenly.
We love exfoliating because it allows skin to shine through with the utmost radiance. We do suggest following up with a body moisturizer or lotion, though, to help ensure the skin doesn't get too dry. :)
